1、Bachelor or above;
2、Major of science or engineering;
3、0~8 years semiconductor manufacturing experience;
4、CET 4;
5、Semiconductor material, process, device or related knowledge, basic statistical knowledge;
6、Good command of WINDOW / OFFICE
7、Proficient in English speaking, reading and writing;
8、Good communication ability and team work spirit.
 

1、Process and metrology tool evaluation, purchasing, setup, maintenance and improvement;
2、Transfer new technologies from RD;
3、Process specification define and modification;
4、In/off-line monitor system and CDW flow setup;
5、Process / Equipment parameter monitor to reduce the possibility of excursion / low yield occurrence;
6、Trouble lot disposition;
7、Rework procedure set up;
8、Baseline process improvement and new process development;
9、To achieve operation target in production (wafer throughputs, defect reduction, spec maintaining, cost reduction and etc.);
10、To cultivate team leader and enhance engineer’s training for company growing needs.
